How do I pay?
There is no online payment. After an organization inquiry, a coordinator confirms and guides you offline. Once confirmed, entry instructions go out to participating students.
Can individuals join?
Yes. Submit the inquiry form with an expected headcount of 1 and a coordinator will suggest courses open to individuals.
How do I prepare the visa?
After signing up, enter personal details, passport, and documents in the participant/visa wizard. Nanugi World prepares the invitation and supports filing. Follow progress in the visa status tracker.
My credits haven't appeared.
It can take a moment after completion. File a dispute from the credit dashboard and an operator will re-check and reprocess.
Where do I get my certificate?
After completing a course, download the Korean or English PDF from My page > Certificate.
Which languages are supported?
Korean, Mongolian, English, and Japanese. Switch from the language selector in the header.
